A grace period is the gap in time between the scheduled start or end to a booking, and the actual entry or exit time of the user.
For example, if your organisation has nominated a one hour grace period, then a regular user whose booking is set for 9am to 5pm, will be able to enter at 8am and exit at 6pm.
Grace period policies and rules are established during the set-up of your organisation on to the Shuffle platform.
Important note: Nominated grace periods do not apply to guest or visitor bookings.
