A blockout period is the specific timeframe when car park access is not available to your users. They can be created for days or hours, depending on your requirements
A Shuffle administrator can add a blockout period by following these steps:
- Log in to the Shuffle Admin Portal
- Go to the On-demand tab
- Select Blockout dates
- Click the Add blockout date button in the left-hand side panel.
- A pop-up screen will open, where you can enter:
- A start date and time for blockout period
- An end date and time for the blockout period
- Location of the blockout
- Which users will be impacted by the blockout
- Click Add when you are ready to save the blockout period.
- If there are any existing bookings for the duration, Shuffle will prompt you to either keep the existing booking or remove it from the system.
- If you remove an existing booking from the system, users will be notified of the blockout period.
To cancel a blockout, click on the X next to the blockout period that’s no longer required.
