A Shuffle administrator can cancel a booking by following these steps:
- Log in to the Shuffle Admin Portal
- Go to the On-demand tab
- Select Transactions
- Choose the Transaction Id of the user whose booking you wish to cancel. This will open up all the details of this upcoming booking.
- Click on the Cancel booking button on the left-hand side of the page to cancel the upcoming booking.
- A cancellation notice will be emailed to the user.
