A Shuffle administrator can make changes to guest bookings by following these steps:
- Log in to the Shuffle Admin Portal
- Go to the Guest Parking tab
- Click on Transactions, and a list of all the guest bookings will be displayed.
- Select the Transaction Id of the guest booking you wish to cancel
- Once the details are open, click the Edit button on the left-hand side.
- You will be presented with a screen where you can make changes to:
- Date
- Start
- End time of the booking.
- Once the changes have been made, click Save, and the booking details will be updated.
