A Shuffle administrator can cancel a guest booking by following these steps:
- Log in to the Shuffle Admin Portal
- Go to the Guest Parking tab
- Click on Transactions, and a list of all the guest bookings will be displayed.
- Select the Transaction Id of the guest booking you wish to cancel
- Once the details are open, click on the Cancel booking button on the left-hand side. Shuffle will prompt you for confirmation..
- To confirm, select Cancel booking
- The guest booking is now cancelled, and while the transaction record will remain in the transaction list, it will be marked as Cancelled.
