A Shuffle administrator can assign on-demand parking to a user. If the user is unable to access on-demand parking:
1. Check that they have been set up to access on-demand parking
2. If they haven’t, modify the user’s details (link to How do I change a user profile) or create the user (link to How do I add a new user) within the Administration Portal.
If this appears to have been set-up correctly, or you are not able to assign them to on-demand parking, please contact your Wilson Parking Shuffle specialist.
