How do I reset a user's password

A Shuffle administrator can create a password reset by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Shuffle Admin Portal
2. Go to Users
3. Click on Manage users. This will display the list of all your registered shuffle users
4. Click the name of the user who requires a password reset
5. In their profile, you’ll see the Send reset password link beside the user profile section.
6. Click Send reset password link. This will create and send an email to the user on the email address they registered with Shuffle.
7. Once the email links are received, the user can follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.
