A Shuffle administrator can create a password reset by following these steps:
- Log in to your Shuffle Admin Portal
- Go to Users
- Click on Manage users. This will display the list of all your registered shuffle users
- Click the name of the user who requires a password reset
- In their profile, you’ll see the Send reset password link beside the user profile section.
- Click Send reset password link. This will create and send an email to the user on the email address they registered with Shuffle.
- Once the email links are received, the user can follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.
